The approximate material estimate combines clinker cladding, GRC Board and the aluminium subframe, Flex C2TE adhesive and grout. Delivery, VAT, scaffolding, design and installation labour are priced separately according to site conditions.

How is consumption calculated?
- GRC Board: One board is assumed to cover approximately 0.75 m²; the number of boards is rounded up.
- Clinker brick: The calculation uses 60 units per m².
- Flex C2TE: Approximate consumption of 5 kg/m² is calculated in 25 kg bags.
- Grout: Approximate consumption of 5.5 kg/m² is calculated in 25 kg bags.
Actual consumption may vary with clinker dimensions, joint spacing, substrate tolerances, cuts and installation technique. The final order schedule must be prepared from project drawings and an on-site survey.

The approximate logistics output for this example is 134 GRC boards, 6,000 clinker bricks, 20 bags of adhesive and 22 bags of grout. These listed items represent 7 pallets and approximately 5,890 kg; logistics for aluminium profiles and fasteners are not included.

- Structural calculations, façade design and bespoke fabrication details
- Project details such as cuts, waste, reveals, corners and sills
What information is needed for a firm quotation?
In addition to the net façade area, provide the city, building height, existing wall, preferred colour, GRC Board thickness, grout colour and delivery address. For projects of 1,000 m² or more, request a project-specific bulk-purchase quotation.
If you also require labour, submit an installer request separately from the material form. This allows the material budget and site installation to be assessed as two distinct items.
